What happens when you come in
- You fill out some basic information and give a urine sample.
- You meet with one of our client advocates to discuss all of your pregnancy options.
- You receive your pregnancy test results from a nurse and share some medical history.
- The nurse determines when you will receive your free ultrasound.

Free pregnancy test. We offer free medical-grade pregnancy tests with quick results.
Free ultrasound. After receiving a positive urine pregnancy test and completing your medical history, the nurse will determine when you receive your free ultrasound.

A pregnancy test here is the same kind of test a lab runs, and you get the result the same visit. If it's positive, an ultrasound is the next step, and it's free too. It shows how far along you are and whether the pregnancy is growing. Each option depends on those two facts.

Birth Choice
Birth Choice has two free centers, in Jackson and Trenton, Tennessee, and a mobile clinic that visits eight nearby towns each week. Pregnancy testing, ultrasound and facts on your options are free. Abortion is banned in Tennessee. An ultrasound with us can show how far along you are and if the pregnancy is in the uterus.
